Primary Care in Rochester and Kasson

Primary Care

Your healthcare needs are unique. So are the needs of your family members, friends and neighbors. Your primary care team is your home base for getting the care you need in the most convenient, supportive ways possible.

Your primary care team can diagnose and treat urgent issues and often have same-day in-office and video visit appointment options available. Your primary care team’s nurse line can help you decide the best way to address your urgent health concerns so you aren't waiting for an appointment.

Serious illness and chronic conditions

Coping with a serious illness or living with a chronic condition can be overwhelming. Your primary care team can help make it less so by streamlining your appointments and partnering with you to create a plan of care that allows you to better manage your conditions and live a higher quality of life.

Specialty care

If you need to see a specialist, we’ll coordinate your care. In some cases, we may be able to schedule an eConsult — a virtual appointment that allows a specialty physician to review your medical record and answer your healthcare professional’s specific questions about your condition. You get the care you need, without an additional appointment. Some specialty care services also are available within the primary care setting. Talk with your healthcare professional about all your options.
