Appointment hours
- Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Appointment and nurse line access opens at 7 a.m.
- Community Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine (third floor): Evening appointments are available Monday–Thursday, 5–7 p.m.
- Saturday, 8 a.m.–noon (acute visits only at Baldwin Building, second floor.)
- Appointments required; contact your primary care clinician's appointment line.
- Closed holidays.
Parking
Rochester has metered parking on many downtown streets. However, parking is limited to three-hour increments and fills quickly.
Patients and visitors can park in these ramps for a fee:
- Baldwin ramp, 221 Fourth Ave. SW
- West Parking Ramp, 515 West Center St.
- Graham ramp, 121 Third Ave. NW
Note that with downtown Rochester parking, ramps are filling quickly, so be sure to plan ahead.
Valet parking also is available for a fee at the Baldwin Building entrance weekdays from 7:30 a.m.–6 p.m. Payment by credit card is required.
Community Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine (third floor)
- Offers primary care services to infants, children and adolescents through college.

- Available for all ages. Provides family-oriented comprehensive care, including obstetrical and well-woman care, newborn and well-child care, pediatrics, and adult and geriatric care.
