Mayo Clinic Express Care offers care for multiple common health concerns and vaccinations. Care is available for patients  age 18 months through 75 unless otherwise noted.

Hours

  • Monday through Friday: 8 a.m.–1 p.m. and 2–8 p.m.
    • Closed the second Wednesday of every month from 12:40–3 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9–1 p.m. and 2–5 p.m.
  • Holiday hours vary
    • Express Care South is closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Mayo Clinic Express Care offers limited care services for minor acute illnesses and conditions that do not require X-ray or blood work to patients age 18 months through 75 unless otherwise noted, including:

  • Acne
  • Bladder infections (females, age 12-75)
  • Cold sores
  • Cold symptoms
  • Constipation
  • Dental procedure prophylaxis
  • Diarrhea
  • Ear pain
  • Ear wash (no upper age limit)
  • Lice
  • Medication renewal, non-controlled and short-term
  • Minor burns
  • Minor skin infections
  • Nausea
  • Oral contraceptives (females, age 18-34)
  • Pink eye or conjunctivitis
  • Pregnancy testing (urine)
  • Rashes
  • Sexually transmitted infections or STI (age 15-75)

  • Sore throat

Mayo Clinic Express Care Online (PDF) offers diagnosis and treatment of over 20 common health concerns for patients age 18 months through 75. This service is available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., 365 days a year, with a one-hour turnaround during normal business hours. Outside of normal business hours, you can expect a reply by 9 a.m. the following day.
