As the fall and winter months approach, Mayo Clinic is dedicated to providing the latest health guidance for its patients and staff, ensuring everyone has the information needed to make informed decisions about their well-being.

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 1, Primary Care patients in Rochester and Kasson can begin scheduling vaccination visits at Primary Care Vaccination Clinics.

All people ages 6 months and older are encouraged to get their flu vaccination when available in their local community. This year's COVID vaccination is recommended for all people ages 6 months and older, as well as all pregnant individuals.

You have several options for scheduling:

  • You can request a flu or COVID-19 vaccine as part of a regularly scheduled primary care clinician visit.
  • If you only need a flu or COVID-19 vaccine, you should schedule an appointment at our Primary Care Vaccination Clinic through the patient portal or by calling your primary care clinic.
    • If multiple family members would like to receive their vaccines at the same time, each patient must schedule a separate appointment.
