Let’s face it – our social media feeds have plenty of suggestions when it comes to feeding ourselves. Some of the information served up on platforms like Instagram and TikTok is good and tasty. However, although these suggestions may be appetizing, they may not always be good for us, especially when it comes to holiday eating.
If you remember these five tried-and-true recommendations, you'll be well on your way to a healthy holiday season.
