Senior Services

The Senior Services programs provide healthcare to older adults with complex medical needs that live in their home or in a skilled nursing facility. Program teams include Mayo Clinic doctors and other healthcare professionals who closely collaborate in care delivery.

Service options

Skilled nursing facilities

Mayo Clinic staff provide on-site medical care and consultative services in approximately 30 skilled nursing facilities across southeast Minnesota. The Mayo Clinic team works closely with facility staff to create a combined healthcare team to best serve the needs of the residents. Each skilled nursing facility has designated healthcare professionals.
