Register your child to be vaccinated for flu in school
8/1/2022

It's time to sign up to have your child vaccinated at school. Registration begins Aug. 10 and will end on Sept. 14 at 11 p.m.
Online registration is preferred. It's quick and easy, especially for those with two or more children. Paper forms will be available at Meet the Teacher or Step Into Learning events, and in the school office. No late online or paper forms will be accepted.
The School-Located Immunization Program provides flu vaccinations to students in kindergarten through grade 12 at Olmsted and Mower County public and private schools, Kasson-Mantorville Schools, and Pine Island School District 255. Mayo Clinic, Olmsted Medical Center and Olmsted County Public Health Services support this program. The program also partners with Dodge County Public Health, Goodhue County Public Health Division, Olmsted County public and private schools, Kasson-Mantorville Schools and Pine Island Independent School District 255.
Flu vaccinations will be available as an injection, or nose spray, if available. Nonmedicine, pain-reducing options will be available. Teachers will have a short video for their elementary classrooms to ease students' concerns.
