Northwest Rochester Mayo Clinic Express Care reopens for appointments

Mayo Clinic Express Care North on 4221 West Circle Drive, NW, Rochester, Minn., will reopen for scheduled appointments only and with limited services and hours on Tuesday, May 19. To provide the safest environment possible for all of our patients and staff, please make note of the following:

Our adjusted hours at this location will be Monday through Friday, noon to 8 p.m.

No walk-in appointments will be accepted at this time. To make an appointment, you can schedule online using your Patient Online Services account or call your primary care team. You can find a list of our available services on our Express Care Overview page. When your Express Care Clinic appointment is confirmed you will receive additional instructions for your visit. 

Only the patient needing care is allowed to attend the appointment. If the patient is disabled or a minor, one responsible adult can join them for the visit. 

You cannot be seen at Mayo Clinic Express Care if, in the last 14 days, you have either:

  • Been in close contact with someone who has a laboratory-confirmed case of COVID-19
  • Or had symptoms of COVID-19 such as:
    • Coughing
    • Fever
    • Feeling short of breath
    • A sore throat
    • Diarrhea
    • Vomiting
    • Repeated shaking with the chills
    • Chills
    • Muscle aches
    • Headache
    • Loss of sense of smell, or a change in loss of your sense of taste

Have COVID symptoms or been in contact with someone who does? Call your primary care team for direction on what to do if you have these symptoms and need to receive health care. Mayo Clinic Express Care Online is also available (8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year) for diagnosis and treatment of common health concerns for patients age 18 months through 75 years.
