Mayo Clinic Express Care North expands hours of operation
Mayo Clinic Express Care North, located in Hy-Vee West Circle Drive (4221 West Circle Drive, Rochester, Minn.) will expand their hours of operation effective March 6.
Patients without COVID-19 symptoms can be seen at Mayo Clinic Express Care North through pre-scheduled appointments and walk-in appointments. All patients are screened for COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival. Patients with COVID-19 symptoms are to call the COVID-19 nurse line (507-293-9525) or schedule an Express Care video visit online to receive care. Mayo Clinic Express Care North will not provide COVID-19 vaccinations.
The new hours for the North clinic are as follows:
- Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
To make an appointment:
- Schedule using the Mayo Clinic app or online through your Patient Online Services account.
- Contact your primary care team.
- Visit our clinic as a walk-in and sign up at the kiosk.

Mayo Clinic Express Care South (500 Crossroads Drive S.E., Rochester, Minn.) will remain closed at this time for patients with acute care needs.

Utilize the Check Symptoms resource tool through Patient Online Services or call your primary care team for direction on what to do if you or someone you have been in contact with have COVID symptoms.
Mayo Clinic Express Care Online
This convenient "at-home care" option is available 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., 365 days a year, for patients 18 months through 75 years. Log in via your Patient Online Services account, answer a series of questions, and receive diagnosis and treatment for 22 common health concerns within an hour, during regular business hours.
