Primary Care in Rochester and Kasson

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19): If you have questions about COVID-19, please visit our COVID-19 page.

New web page simplifies finding community resources

Whether you're looking for a dentist for your child, a fitness program for cancer survivors, a pathway to a new career, classes to help manage diabetes, a mental health support group, or a welcoming place to meet and engage with other seniors, you'll find them — and much more — on our new Community Resources web page.

Located under the "Care Options" tab on this website, the Community Resources web page highlights local resources and organizations that partner and collaborate with Employee and Community Health (ECH). These resources can be an extension of the health care you receive in your clinic, providing ongoing support to help you manage your health issues or those of your family.

The list will be revised as ECH forms new relationships and develops collaborative programs in the community.
