A message to our patients
To help you remain safe and stay connected to your care team members, we have expanded your care options:
- We continue to schedule some in-person office visits, as needed. You'll see changes in our offices and processes as part of our commitment to your safety and that of our staff. Thank you for following all safety precautions communicated to you before and during your visit.
- We also are scheduling video appointments. You'll receive the quality care you expect during these appointments, but you'll be at home, minimizing exposure to yourself and others. You'll receive technical support to ensure your visit runs smoothly.
- If you do not have internet connectivity to participate in a video appointment, a phone appointment is an option.
No matter what your care needs are — emotional support, or managing a chronic medical problem or a new medical concern — your care team is here for you. Your total health care is important to us. You are not alone, and we are here to provide the care you need.
With that in mind, if you need something, please contact your care provider through Patient Online Services, your patient portal, or by phone.
Our sincere hope is that you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy as our community continues to face these challenging times together. We look forward to once again seeing you in person.
Be well. Be safe.
