Kasson offers free sports check-ups for students
On Wednesday, June 22, students who need a physical to participate in sports can receive a free check-up at Mayo Family Clinic Kasson. This sports physical clinic is open to any Dodge County student entering grades seven through 12 in the Kasson-Mantorville, Hayfield and Triton school districts. No appointments are necessary for this free clinic.
Only sports physicals will be conducted, and students will visit several examination stations. No immunizations or treatments will be provided. If a medical concern is discovered, the student will be given instructions for follow-up care.
Requirements / Who Qualifies
Healthy adolescents (entering grades seven through 12) from Dodge County (including the Kasson-Mantorville, Hayfield and Triton school districts) who need a physical in order to participate in sports. Please wear clothing that facilitates a sports exam (short sleeve t-shirt and shorts - weather permitting).

- Minnesota State High School League Annual Sports Health Questionnaire (please have this completed before arriving at the clinic)
