Kasson offers free sports check-ups for students
On Wednesday, June 21, students who need a physical to participate in sports can receive a free check-up at Mayo Family Clinic Kasson. This sports physical clinic is open to any Dodge County student entering grades seven through 12 in the Kasson-Mantorville, Hayfield and Triton school districts. No appointments are necessary for this free clinic.
Only sports screening exams will be conducted; students will visit several examination stations. No immunizations or treatments will be provided. If a medical concern is discovered, the student will be given instructions for follow-up care.
Requirements / Who Qualifies
Healthy adolescents (entering grades seven through 12) from Dodge County (including the Kasson-Mantorville, Hayfield and Triton school districts) who need a physical in order to participate in sports. Please wear clothing that facilitates a sports exam (short sleeve t-shirt and shorts - weather permitting).

- Minnesota State High School League Annual Sports Health Questionnaire (please have this completed before arriving at the clinic)
