Sign up now for 4th Annual ECH Adolescent Sports Clinic

If you have a student who needs a physical to participate in youth sports, you can make an appointment now for the 4th Annual Adolescent Sports Clinic. The clinic is open to healthy, Employee and Community Health (ECH) patients in grades 7 through 12. ECH is offering the clinic on three dates this summer:

  • July 26: afternoon appointments, Baldwin Building 3rd floor
  • August 4: morning appointments, Baldwin Building 3rd floor
  • August 11: afternoon appointments, Baldwin Building 3rd floor

The clinic will be staffed by Community Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine (CPAM) and Family Medicine (FM) physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. It covers sports participation, medical history review and a complete physical exam. It also incorporates elements not typically offered in a mass sports clinic, such as vision and pure-tone hearing screening, depression screening and immunizations. The full appointment takes about one hour per patient.
